Important Update on Payment Fees

We also want to share a quick update regarding the processing fees for online payments. Starting now, the fees will be calculated as follows:

• For bills up to $66.67: There is a flat minimum fee of $2.50.
• For bills over $66.68: The fee will be 3.75% of your total bill amount.

Example:

If your bill is $100.00, your fee would be $3.75.

Pay your bill online!

Online payments are processed daily Monday - Friday. Payments made on weekends are processed on Mondays. Payments made on holidays are processed the next business day.

All online payments currently carry a 3.75% convenience fee.

Vendor Services

Vendors can now access invoice information, check information, and participate in bidding online!

Existing vendors should contact the City of Hammond Purchasing department at (985) 277-5630 and ask for their "vendor number" before signing up for the system. You will need this number to link to your information when you sign up.

New vendors can easily sign up too by creating a new account right from this site. Once a W-9 form is completed and received by the City, your vendor account will become active and you will take advantage of the site's features.
